CCAI CoverThe 2010 interns from the Congressional Coalition on Adoption Institute (CCAI) released the report A New Chapter:  Leaving Our Mark on a New Generation that highlights and discusses foster care legislation, such as the Adoption and Safe Families Act of 1997 and the John Chafee Foster Care Independence Act of 1999.  It also looks at federal financing of foster care and gives recommendations on how to improve the system. Two Jim Casey Youth Leadership Institute graduates, Jeremy Long and Joshua Conner, were CCAI Interns and co-authors of the report.
