This document is intended to provide information about, and assist in the implementation of, Fostering Connections in states across the nation. Specifically, the document focuses on answering questions about Fostering Connections' improvements that will impact youth and young adults in foster care and assist in the implementation process. The questions are designed to be used by different audiences – from those charged with implementing Fostering Connections' improvements, to those advocating for implementation, to the youth, young adults, parents, relative caregivers, and others who will be most affected by implementation of this new law.
