We have a deep commitment to data-driven change.  We have collected and monitored data on youth outcomes in all of our states, drawing insights that have helped us refine our policy and practice framework and directly influence legislative thought and systems change. We have been shaped and reshaped by the youth in our programs, who have helped our agenda respond to their needs in ways that make sense for them.
